The investment for this line is only one tenth of that lager size equipment, especially suitable to small-sized or self owned enterprise. The corrugated instant noodle produced by this line is tenacious, smooth and transparent. It is very easy to be saturated by water.
We have two types for choices: with electricity and steam as frying mode.
Instant noodle machine is easy-prepared within four-minute steeping in hot water ;flexible tasting ;keeping the vitamin, other nutrition component and the mineral within 90%. Three kinds of technology are provided to produce the non-fried instant noodle; you can choose one of them subject to your specific situation:
I. Twice Steaming + Dipping + High Temperature Drying
Flour Mixing -> Aging -> Rolling -> Steaming (I) -> Dipping -> Second time steaming -> Cutting High Temperature–Dehydration -> Hot-air Drying -> Cooling -> Packing
II. Cooling + Hot-air Drying
Flour Mixing -> Aging -> Rolling -> Steaming ->cutting -> freezing -> hot-air drying ->cooling -> packing
III. Microwave + Hot-air Drying
Flour Mixing -> Aging -> Rolling -> Steaming ->cutting -> microwave ->hot- air drying ->cooling -> packing
